Findlyra is a web-based product discovery platform. Unlike social-only channels such as Instagram or Facebook, a Findlyra product page is structured around product information, search discovery, comparison and a permanent web URL. Social networks can help people discover products, while a structured web listing can give shoppers a clearer place to understand what is being offered.
Findlyra does not require a subscription or fixed prepaid plan to start. You choose the recharge amount, with a minimum starting recharge of ₹9. The recharge is held in your Findlyra seller wallet and can be used for seller discovery services described by Findlyra.
After publication, Findlyra can prepare your product for SEO, submit eligible product URLs through its search/discovery workflow, prepare Google Merchant data and promote products through Findlyra social channels. Search engines and third-party platforms control their own crawling, ranking, approval and publishing timelines, so Findlyra cannot promise a specific position, impression count or publication time.
If you provide complete business information such as a physical location and useful store photos, Findlyra may use that information to prepare or support a Google Business Profile workflow. Third-party approval remains subject to Google's policies and verification requirements.
Business sellers may optionally provide store location details, store photos and one store video. These are optional during onboarding and may be used for future business-profile and promotional preparation.
Findlyra is a discovery and showcase platform. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, warranties, customer communication and product claims associated with your listing. You must select an accurate delivery coverage option for each product—All Over India or only the cities/areas you serve—and keep it updated. Delivery coverage is seller-provided information, not a delivery guarantee by Findlyra; shoppers should confirm delivery availability, charges and timelines with you before ordering. Findlyra does not become the seller of your product merely because the product is published on Findlyra.
After a payment is successfully verified, the recharge is credited to your seller wallet and the listing workflow begins immediately. Once the required product information and media pass validation, the listing may be published without a separate approval waiting period. External search engines and social platforms remain outside Findlyra's control.
Seller wallet recharges are prepaid digital service credits. Because wallet crediting and the listing service begin immediately after successful payment, a completed recharge and an activated listing are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable, including any unused wallet balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded. We will review and correct duplicate charges, payments recorded as successful when the payment actually failed, verified unauthorised transactions, or technical errors that prevented the paid amount from being credited or the purchased service from being provided. Contact Findlyra support with the payment reference if you believe one of these exceptions applies. Wallet funds that remain available can continue to be used for eligible Findlyra seller services under these Terms.
