1. Current payment model
When a user follows an external provider offer, payment is made on the provider's website and is subject to that provider's checkout and transaction terms. Findlyra does not currently collect card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs or banking passwords on its product-discovery pages.
2. Future Findlyra payments
When wallet top-ups are enabled, the checkout identifies Findlyra Wallet, the INR amount and Razorpay as the payment provider before payment is submitted. Product promotion and advertising billing remain separate future phases.
3. Payment service providers
Where enabled, Findlyra may use a regulated or appropriately authorized payment service provider such as Razorpay or another supported gateway. Payment authentication and sensitive payment-instrument handling will occur through the applicable provider's supported integration. Findlyra will not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
4. Payment confirmation
A payment will be treated as successful only after the applicable server-side payment verification and reconciliation process confirms the transaction. A browser redirect or user-provided screenshot alone will not be treated as final payment confirmation.
5. Refunds and cancellations
For a direct Findlyra transaction, any applicable refund or cancellation eligibility will be shown in the applicable terms and at checkout. For purchases made with a third-party provider, the provider's refund and cancellation rules apply.
6. Security and fraud prevention
Findlyra may use technical and operational controls to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity. Transactions may be delayed, rejected or reviewed where permitted by applicable law and gateway rules.
